I am Sophie, a coach, yoga teacher, and bon vivant with a great love for the sea, nature, creativity, and connection. After years of searching, growing, and trial and error, I discovered that coming home is not about a place, but about yourself. <\/p>\n

Based on that experience, I guide people who long for more peace, clarity, and connection. With attention to the body, creativity, and nature, I create a safe space in which you are allowed to slow down, feel, and grow. <\/p>\n
