Rates and Seasons<\/h2>\n

Nightly rates (including 6% VAT):<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • High Season<\/strong> (April, May, July, August, school holidays and long weekends): \u20ac245<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Mid Season<\/strong> (June and September, excluding weekends): \u20ac230<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Low Season<\/strong> (from the second week of November until the end of March, excluding the Christmas holidays): \u20ac200<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    An additional charge of \u20ac10 per night per extra guest from the 6th guest onwards<\/strong> applies, subject to prior approval from Villa Jacaranda.<\/p>\n

    Babies stay free of charge. Two baby cots are available (guests must bring their own bedding).<\/p>\n

    • Last-Minute Discount:<\/strong> 15% (for bookings made within 1 week before arrival)<\/li>\n
    • Early Booking Discount:<\/strong> 5% (for bookings made at least 6 months before arrival)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Payment Terms<\/h2>\n

      • Deposit:<\/strong> 30% upon booking (confirms the reservation)<\/li>\n
      • Balance:<\/strong> 70% payable no later than 42 days before arrival<\/li>\n
      • Security Deposit:<\/strong> \u20ac500, payable 1 week before arrival. Refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage has occurred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Mandatory & Optional Costs<\/h2>\n

        • Final Cleaning (mandatory):<\/strong> \u20ac100<\/li>\n
        • Towel Change after 1 week (optional):<\/strong> \u20ac10 per person<\/li>\n
        • Linen Change for stays longer than 2 weeks (mandatory):<\/strong> \u20ac10 per person every 2 weeks<\/li>\n
        • Mid-Stay Cleaning for stays longer than 2 weeks (mandatory):<\/strong> \u20ac80<\/li>\n
        • Additional Guest Fee:<\/strong> \u20ac10 per night per extra guest from the 6th guest onwards, subject to prior approval from Villa Jacaranda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Pets<\/h2>\n

          One dog is permitted under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

          • Additional fee: \u20ac75 per week<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Damage deposit: \u20ac250<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Dogs are only allowed in the living room and kitchen areas<\/li>\n
          • Use of a crate is mandatory during the night and whenever the dog is left unattended<\/li>\n
          • The garden is enclosed with a fence of approximately 1 metre in height<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n
              \n
            • Cancellation 4 months or more before arrival:<\/strong> 50% of the deposit will be refunded<\/li>\n
            • Cancellation less than 4 months before arrival:<\/strong> no refund<\/li>\n
            • Cancellation due to force majeure within 42 days before arrival:<\/strong> 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Reservation Changes<\/h2>\n

              • One reservation change is permitted free of charge up to 42 days before arrival<\/li>\n
              • Subject to availability and applicable rates<\/li>\n
              • Valid within a period of 1 year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Liability and Conduct<\/h2>\n

                The guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, fellow guests or pets.<\/p>\n

                Parties, noisy gatherings and any form of disturbance are strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

                Final Provisions<\/h2>\n

                By paying the deposit, the guest confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n
