Rates and Seasons

Nightly rates (including 6% VAT):

• High Season (April, May, July, August, school holidays and long weekends): €245
• Mid Season (June and September, excluding weekends): €230
• Low Season (from the second week of November until the end of March, excluding the Christmas holidays): €200

An additional charge of €10 per night per extra guest from the 6th guest onwards applies, subject to prior approval from Villa Jacaranda.

Babies stay free of charge. Two baby cots are available (guests must bring their own bedding).

• Last-Minute Discount: 15% (for bookings made within 1 week before arrival)
• Early Booking Discount: 5% (for bookings made at least 6 months before arrival)

Payment Terms

• Deposit: 30% upon booking (confirms the reservation)
• Balance: 70% payable no later than 42 days before arrival
• Security Deposit: €500, payable 1 week before arrival. Refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage has occurred.

Mandatory & Optional Costs

• Final Cleaning (mandatory): €100
• Towel Change after 1 week (optional): €10 per person
• Linen Change for stays longer than 2 weeks (mandatory): €10 per person every 2 weeks
• Mid-Stay Cleaning for stays longer than 2 weeks (mandatory): €80
• Additional Guest Fee: €10 per night per extra guest from the 6th guest onwards, subject to prior approval from Villa Jacaranda

Pets

One dog is permitted under the following conditions:

• Additional fee: €75 per week
• Damage deposit: €250
• Dogs are only allowed in the living room and kitchen areas
• Use of a crate is mandatory during the night and whenever the dog is left unattended
• The garden is enclosed with a fence of approximately 1 metre in height

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 4 months or more before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded
• Cancellation less than 4 months before arrival: no refund
• Cancellation due to force majeure within 42 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded

Reservation Changes

• One reservation change is permitted free of charge up to 42 days before arrival
• Subject to availability and applicable rates
• Valid within a period of 1 year

Liability and Conduct

The guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, fellow guests or pets.

Parties, noisy gatherings and any form of disturbance are strictly prohibited.

Final Provisions

By paying the deposit, the guest confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Any breach of these conditions may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund.
